Share cards for your months and your year
Rollmark makes four kinds of share card: a month, a year, your totals and your oldest photo. Each comes in Story (9:16) or Post (square), with photos on or off. You preview the card, then send it through the iOS share sheet or save it to Photos.

What are the four cards?
All four cards are free.
- Month: the month name, your marked photo with a "My mark" badge, and the reviewed, kept and let go counts.
- Year: twelve slots with your marks and "N of 12 months marked".
- Totals: a strip of marked photos, the reviewed count and your best streak.
- Oldest: a framed oldest photo with its date and age.
When does Rollmark offer a card?
At the end of four moments: a sorted month (the recap), a year on the Marks tab, your totals on the Marks tab and your oldest photo on the Sort tab. Each has a Share button that opens the Share screen with that card preselected.
How do I make one?
- Press Share on the recap, the Marks tab or the Sort tab. The matching card opens on the Share screen.
- Pick the card type, then the month or year.
- Choose Story or Post format and decide whether photos show on the card.
- Press Share, or Save to Photos.
What is on the card besides my photos?
The footer carries the Rollmark logo, a short invitation and a QR code. The footer cannot be removed. The image is a PNG at 1080 by 1920 for Story or 1080 by 1080 for Post. If photos are off, soft tiles replace them.
You pick English or Russian for the card separately from the app language.
What do the numbers on a card mean?
Reviewed is the number of photos you made a decision on. Kept and let go split that number. Months sorted counts months you finished, and best streak is your longest run of days. The "about N rolls of film" line on the totals compares your reviewed count with a 36-exposure roll, as a way to make a big number feel physical.
Estimated sizes on cards use "about", because they come from pixel dimensions and video length.
What does the Month card say?
It carries the kicker "Sorted with Rollmark", the month name, your marked photo and a strip with reviewed, kept and let go counts. The year card reads "2026, one photo a month" with twelve slots. All card text is available in English and Russian.
The iOS share sheet receives the PNG and a line of text with a link. The app asks for a store review once, after your second successful share.
Do my photos go anywhere?
Only where you send the card. Nothing is posted automatically. You see a live preview before sharing, and saving to Photos uses an add-only permission requested at that moment. See the privacy policy.
When would I send one?
A month card suits a Sunday story after you finish a sort. The year card suits December or a birthday, when twelve photos show a year at a glance. The totals card is for the number: how many photos you went through. The oldest card works as a conversation starter in a family chat, since it shows the date and how many years ago it was taken.
What does making a year card look like?
- Open the Marks tab and pick the year in the switcher.
- Press Share 2026, or the year you chose. The Share screen opens on the Year card.
- Check the preview. Empty months show as empty slots, and the line below reads "N of 12 months marked".
- Choose Story for a vertical image or Post for a square one.
- Press Share and pick an app, or Save to Photos.
How do I keep private photos off a card?
Switch off Show photos on the card on the Share screen. Soft color tiles replace your pictures, and the numbers stay. A card is rendered at 1080 pixels either way. In Settings you can set the default, so a card with photos is always your choice.
How does it compare with a screenshot?
A screenshot of the Marks tab includes your status bar and tab bar, and the crop depends on your device. The Share screen renders a fixed layout at 1080 by 1920 or 1080 by 1080, with the footer and a QR code, and you see a live preview before it exports.
What are the limits of share cards?
Cards are still images, not video, and each uses only the photos you marked. A month without a mark gets a plain "Month sorted" card. The footer stays on every card, and the share text carries a link, so the viewer can find the app.
