Where do I get help?

Where are purchases managed?
Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Inside Rollmark, Settings has a Subscription screen that opens the system manage sheet, and a Restore purchases screen. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Rollmark need access to my photos?
It reads your library to show it month by month. Photos stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded. If you prefer, choose Limit Access and Rollmark will work only with the photos you select.
I denied photo access. How do I turn it on?
Open Settings in Rollmark, then Photo access, then Open Settings, or use iOS Settings and open Rollmark under Photos. The app checks again when you return.
Does swiping left delete a photo?
No. It adds the photo to a let-go list on your iPhone. Nothing moves until you open the review list, press Move to Recently Deleted and confirm in the iOS dialog.
I confirmed the delete. Where are my photos?
In the Photos app under Utilities, Recently Deleted. They stay there for 30 days and you can recover them. Storage is freed after they leave that album.
Why did the free swipes run out?
The free plan allows 150 swipe decisions per day. The count refills at local midnight and your decisions are saved. Pro removes the daily limit.
How do I restore a Pro purchase?
Open Settings in Rollmark and choose Restore purchases. It asks the App Store about purchases made with your Apple ID.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Rollmark. Rollmark cannot cancel for you. Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
What does Erase Rollmark data do?
It clears Rollmark's own records: decisions, marks, streak, counters and the let-go list. Your photos stay untouched.
Why are the sizes shown as "about"?
iOS does not give the app real file sizes. Rollmark estimates from pixel dimensions and video length.
Can I use Rollmark in Russian?
Yes. Settings has a Language screen with System, English and Russian. Share cards have their own language choice.
